Everyone is gifted but not everyone opens the package.  Sometimes God allows us to experience disappointment only to teach us lessons that we could not learn in any other way. We could learn these lessons by not denying the feelings but to find the meaning that is underlying them.

Sometimes what you're looking for, comes when you're not looking at all. Breakups aren't always meant for makeup's, sometimes, they're meant for wakeups...

If we look at what we don't have in life, we will never have enough. I have learned that we must reflect upon our present blessings, of which every man has many, not on what we don’t have nor our past misfortunes, of which all men have some.

We should make our blessings count. Zinedine Zidane, a renowned French footballer recognized his blessings and made them count. He once said that he cried because he had no shoes to play football with his friends, but one day he saw a man who had no feet and he realized how rich he was.

We should certainly count our blessings, but we should also make our blessings count; count our joys instead of our woes; count our friends instead of our foes.

The best things in life are free. It is important that should never lose sight of that. We should look around us, wherever we see friendship, loyalty, laughter, and love those are our treasures.

I have also learned that we should count our garden of blessings by the flowers, never by the leaves that fall; count our days, by golden hours; count our nights by stars, not shadows; count our years with smiles, not tears; and REMEMBER, OUR MOST PRIZED POSSESSIONS ARE OUR UNEXPIRED YEARS, so be grateful and enjoy them.

The struggle of life is one of the greatest blessings. It makes patient, sensitive, and Godlike. It teaches us that although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.-Helen Keller
