We all have our days where we feel we can't survive. Sometimes dreams are shattered, friendships may fall apart, loved one may hurt us, finances may worry us, and sickness may overtake us. We may even lose people we love. But God will always be there to guide us through, even the toughest of times. Let us never lose faith. Hold onto hope and always trust in God,

No matter how difficult the challenge, when we spread our wings of faith and allow the winds of God's spirit to lift us, no obstacle is too great to overcome. Our hardest times often lead to the greatest moments of our life. Let us keep the faith. It will all be worth it in the end.

No matter what happens, no matter how far we seem to be away from where we want to be, let us never stop believing that we will somehow make it. Let us have an unrelenting belief that things will work out, that the long road has purpose, that the things that we desire may not happen today, but they will happen; continue to persist, persevere and have faith in the Lord. Let us learn from the following inspiring poem by an unknown author.

As the poem goes, one night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, one belonging to him and the other to the LORD.

When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.

This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. "LORD, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me."

The LORD replied. "My precious, precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you saw only one set of footprints, it was then I carried you."

Confidence is nothing more than believing in ourselves, and believing in ourselves about doing the things we once did not believe we could do. The greatest test of faith is when we do not get what we want but we are still able to say, thank you Lord.

For one who is with faith, no explanation is necessary but for one who is without faith, no explanation is possible. Let us live as brave men and if fortune is adverse, let us face the blows with brave heart.
