A new day has greeted us with no rules nor unconditional opportunity. Let us not dilute the power of this new day with the hardship of yesterday. Let us greet this day the way it has greeted us; with open arms and endless possibility.

Time has a wonderful way of showing us what really matters. Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most. Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Take the moment and make it perfect.

However, many of us convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby, get a new job, and get a new house. Then we are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough and we'll be more content when they are.

The truth is, there's no better time to be happy than right now!  If not now, when? Our life will always be filled with challenges. It's best to admit this to ourselves and decide to be happy anyway.

Let us treasure every moment that we have and treasure it more because we shared it with someone special, special enough to spend our time with... and remember that time waits for no one!

So let us stop waiting
...until our car or home is paid off
...until we get a new car or a new job
...until we go back to school
...until we lose ten pounds
...until we finish school
...until we get married
...until we get a divorce
...until we have kids
...until our kids leave the house
...until we retire
...until summer
...until fall
...until winter
...until spring
...until we die!

Being happy doesn't mean everything is perfect. It means we have decided to see beyond the imperfections. There is no better time than right now to be happy... Choose to be happy TODAY!

Sometimes we will never know the true value of a moment until it has become a memory. Time is still the best answer. Forgiveness is still the best painkiller, and God is always the best healer. Don’t count every hour in the day, make every hour in the day count.
