Having
experienced real love in one's life is worth
the pain of losing it, compared to never having experienced such love
in the first place. YES, IT IS BETTER TO HAVE LOVED AND LOST THAN
NEVER TO HAVE LOVED AT ALL. Love is such an important experience that
even the pain of losing someone we love is better than not having
loved that person. I know it hurts when we lost someone we do love but
it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved that
person at all.
I have learned that we are born
alone and we die alone. Only through our
love and friendship we can create
the illusion for the moment that we are
not alone. Let us always meet each other
with smile, for the smile is the beginning
of love. Time is too slow for those who
wait, too swift for those who fear, too
long for those who grieve, too short for
those who rejoice, but for those who love,
time is eternity. Love is not something we
find; it is something that finds us.
Life is like a flower for which
love is the honey. True love is like
ghosts, which everyone talks about but few
have seen. True love does not make the
world go 'round. But it is what makes the
ride worthwhile. It is a pleasant ride to
love and be loved and to feel the sun from
both sides. True love cannot be found
where it does not exist, nor can it be
denied where it does.
